Please include the product code, product name, format, size and quantity required.
Once your order form has been received, we will confirm availability and send an invoice including any postage costs. Orders are prepared once payment has been received.
Digital products are delivered by email. Printed products are dispatched by post.

Some places stay with us forever. A childhood home, a family farm, a village, a workplace or a landscape filled with memories.
Contour Lines offers a bespoke map search service, creating a carefully curated collection of up to 25 historic maps focused on a location that matters to you. Each map is selected to reveal how the landscape has evolved through time, preserving stories and connections that might otherwise be forgotten.
Collections are available as digital downloads or printed maps from A5 to A1, creating a unique and personal journey through the history of a place you love.

Delivery Information
Printed Products
All printed products are produced to order.
Standard production and dispatch time is 5–7 working days from receipt of payment.
Delivery times are additional and depend on the destination and postal service selected.
Customers will be notified if unexpected delays occur.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically.
Where applicable, downloads will be available immediately following purchase and payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that downloaded files are stored safely.
Packaging
Printed products are carefully packaged using appropriate materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Packaging may include:
- Postal tubes
- Rigid mailers
- Protective wrapping
- Backing materials
Packaging methods will vary according to product size and shipping requirements.
Delivery Issues
If an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, customers should contact Contour Lines as soon as possible.
Every effort will be made to assist with locating delayed items.
Refund Policy
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable products, refunds are generally unavailable once a file has been downloaded.
Printed Products
If a printed product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, customers should contact Contour Lines as soon as possible.
Photographs may be requested to assist with assessment.
Where appropriate, Contour Lines may offer:
- A replacement product
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Each case will be considered individually.
